Ritz Cracker Casserole

I received this recipe from my best friend, Hannah Findlay, and it is one of my favorite chicken dinners. So creamy, so delicious, and super simple!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cooked chicken
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 6 tbsp butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together except for the crackers and butter. Pour the mixture into a 2 quart baking dish. Top the casserole with the crushed crackers and then drizzle the melted butter over the casserole.
  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
